Return Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us so we make returns an easy and safe process. Returns must be received within 10 business days after receiving a RMA confirmation. Returns received without an RMA cannot be processed by our receiving department. RMAs cannot be issued over the phone as a written request is required. There is a $30 Market Volatility Fee for orders that are canceled (plus if applicable, the difference in the current market asking price and the confirmed order price).
